How does the AI assistant work?+

Do you handle payments?+
Yes. Escrow and milestone-based payments protect both customers and pros. Funds release only on milestone approval.

What if I'm not happy with the work?+

Do pros pay to join?+
No. The Free plan is permanent and includes a verified profile and 5 leads/month. Pro and Studio plans add priority listing and unlimited leads.
How is my data protected?+

Can I get a GST invoice?+
Yes. Every payment generates a GST-compliant invoice with 18% GST on platform service fees, downloadable from your bookings page.
What if the pro doesn't show up?+
Report a no-show from the booking. Confirmed no-shows are refunded in full within 3 business days, and the pro's rating reflects it.
