1. Order processing
Vendors dispatch verified orders within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive a tracking link by email and in your dashboard as soon as the package is handed to the courier.
2. Delivery timelines
Metro cities (Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata): 2–4 business days. Tier-2 cities: 3–6 business days. Remote PIN codes: up to 8 business days. Heavy items (>30 kg) may require additional 1–2 days for surface transport.
3. Shipping charges
Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination PIN code. Orders above ₹2,500 ship free across India. Same-day delivery is available in select Hyderabad ZIPs for an additional ₹199.
4. Service bookings
Service professionals visit on-site at the date and time agreed in the booking — no shipping applies. Materials brought by the pro are billed separately on the final invoice.
5. Damaged or missing packages
Inspect the package on delivery. Raise a claim within 48 hours with photos via the order page or support@profinder.in. We coordinate replacement or refund per our Refund Policy.
6. International shipping
We currently ship within India only. International orders are not supported.
