1. The platform
PROFINDER.IN is a marketplace operated by PROFINDER Network Pvt Ltd that connects customers with independent service professionals. We are not the provider of the services and do not employ the professionals.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18+ and capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law. Pros must furnish valid Aadhaar and PAN to receive a verified badge.
3. Bookings & payments
Quotes are between you and the pro. Payments are routed via escrow and release on milestone approval. Platform fees (18% GST) are shown before confirming.
4. Cancellations & refunds
Customer cancellations >24h before scheduled work: full refund. Pro no-show: full refund + service credit. Disputes follow our resolution policy below.
5. Dispute resolution
Either party may raise a dispute from the booking page. Our resolution team reviews evidence and decides within 72 hours. Decisions are binding for fund release; civil remedies remain available.
6. Acceptable use
No fraud, misrepresentation, off-platform payments, harassment, scraping or attempts to circumvent KYC. Violations result in account suspension and may be reported to authorities.
7. Liability
The platform is provided 'as is'. Our aggregate liability is capped at the platform fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts at Hyderabad have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer-forum jurisdiction.
